spacer.gif not displaying properly

Description
Using IE, all the icons in the header display, however thye have a white box around them with the "red x" showing that a graphic is not loading. When I right click, it shows that "mythweb/themes/Default/img/spacer.gif" is not available.
BTW, on another note: channel icons are displaying for me properly now, thx (re: #854)

Are you sure it isn't some webserver configuration issue? The file "mythweb/themes/Default/img/spacer.gif" is available in SVN and works fine on my PC.
