Documentation for mythweb under lighttpd

I've been running mythweb under lighttpd for quite some time, and since the documentation is missing lighttpd information, I wanted to share and contribute. Corrections, enhancements, and suggestions are welcome and encouraged.

5. Westbrook, a unified patch (svn diff $file) is preferred, as it integrates better with Trac and is easier to review.

Thanks for the work E. Westbrook. We ship a file called mythweb.conf.lighttpd and your example config should be there, updating/replacing as needed. If you could do that, that would be awesome.

Done. Attached as a git diff; let me know if you'd like a pull request. I didn't notice the ticket reply 4 weeks ago or this would have been done at that time! Double-checking my notification settings!
