Description

Hi, this little patch add the possible freqs for DVB-T on Spain, so Full Scan is possible.

Daniel, I don't think we have to wait 'til 0.20 for this.
I have checked the frequencies against the es-* files at ​http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/dvb-apps/util/scan/dvb-t and they seem OK. Unless there is a good reason to delay applying this, please reassign to me so I can apply it?
