Add edit marks to MythCenter-wide OSD editbar

Description

MythCenter-wide's editbar currently has no edit marks. Therefore, there is no indication in the edit bar when a user begins a cut. The attached patch adds marks, similar to those used in default/osd.xml, which is what's in use by MythCenter.
