Create Command Line mythtv-setup so xorg is not required on backend

Description

I cant see any other ticket for this, but I may have missed it.

I am aware that xorg can be forwarded etc through ssh etc, but it would be extremely useful to be able to run mythtv-setup as a Command Line Interface

Sorry, didnt mean to post this, was reading the how-to at the same time. Should be in the wiki.
