Description
This patch adds some fixups:
- add transponder 10010 (ANIXE SD)
- use fixHDTV on the hdtv transponders (10012/10013)
- use RTL subtitle parsing

Applying fixHDTV to both transponders will mark every programme on the channels as HDTV.
At least TNT Serie/Film is not 100% HD but contains upscaled SD, too. If there is any way to distinguish upscaled SD from HD that would be preferred.
