Description
Add some "Categories". Move variable initialization for tmpExp1 closer to its use. Add recognition of Rerun-flag in description.

Slightly extend EIT fixup for NRK Norwegian broadcasting.
Seems a fairly harmless patch adding rerun detection and some new categories. Fixes #9594.
