Since sometime around January 4th, real-time commercial flagging has failed to find any breaks.

If the commflagger is started after the show has started to record, it works fine.

I attached the requested log last night, but just realized that that process did not cause an email to be generated to this list. This comment is just to bring attention to the attached log.

(In [8563]) Fix some of the logic in the requiredHeadStart calculation for ~realtime commercial flagging. Fixes #974.
