I've done a pull request at github; it reworks the edit metadata screen to add the cover art search boxes and a couple of other additions.

I forwarded this ticket to the Mythbuntu developers when it was opened, but never heard back about it and didn't push the issue. In any case, the theme is theirs to maintain creative control over. Please have them sign off on the changes before we commit them. Re-open this ticket when they have, or have come back with a different patch.
