Description
After rewinding a ripped ISO that is in a storage group on a locally mounted drive, if the user hits play or pause, the system hangs and appears unresponsive for a long time before coming back to life and operating normally. Not attaching anything as I believe this is reproducible, but if something is needed, just let me know.

Yes, the drive is in the same box as the FE, and in fact, it is a combined FE + BE. I'll have to see if I can get my test box fired up and running as a remote frontend (but don't wait on me).

See the patch attached to ticket #9437 for a potential fix for this issue.

Can you confirm what you mean by 'in a storage group on a locally mounted drive'? I assume that means the drive is physically located on the same box as the frontend that is playing the ISO - if so, do you see the same issue when playing back from a remote frontend.
(N.B. the first case is probably fixes in master as we now playback video directly from locally mounted drives)
