"Enable realtime priority threads" not working

Description

The setting "Enable realtime priority threads" is not working since Mythtv 0.25. In Mythtv 0.24 file mythtv/programs/mythfrontend/main.cpp line 955ff changes the thread priority. It was called from NuppelVideoPlayer. All of this code is gone since 0.25.

Either add new code to change thread priority of the player thread or remove the setting please.
