Repeatable on the same track, segfaults in avformat_find_stream_info() - libavformat/utils.c ln 3193

mythffplay doesn't crash on the same file and it has played just fine in the past.

Not at this time unfortunately, and since I neglected to note which file was causing the problem it could take me months to find it again.
