guide channel navigation using number keys too slow

Description
When watching live tv goto guide and tried to jump to channel 321 takes over 40 seconds then guide jumps to channel 3
escaping from guide to go back to live tv is also slow.
Over all, Watching live tv is a pain. In 0.18.1 live tv started with 4 seconds of selecting "watch TV"/ 0.19 it takes over 10 seconds.
