Description
Following r13441 which corrected the translated category sorting in the TV category legend, I have updated the English_GB category file with new regex matches and updated display names using categories I see in my database from the uk_rt XMLTV grabber and DVB EIT listings (I'm sure there will be others).
I have also disabled the (re)insertion of the 'Unknown' and 'movie' categories in tv/handler.php, as all category files include these, and some (including English_GB.cat) require regex matching. I could have broken other things by doing this, but I haven't spotted any yet :)
I have not touched any CSS in this update, but would like to understand the difference between the "type_movie cat_movie" and "cat_movie" classtypes for movies.
