MythWeb's video interface doesn't respect access controls

Description

Mythvideo allows setting access levels for each video along with a default access level and access code. These work will through the frontend. However, mythweb completely ignores them and displays all videos. It would be better if mythweb behaved the same as the frontend in this regard, defaulting to the configured access level and requesting the access code to increase the level.

The video portion of mythweb needs to be completely rewritten from scratch. I don't use mythvideo, so perhaps someone who does will submit new patches?
