Description
Switched source from "http://www.msnbc.com/m/chnk/d/weather_d_src.asp?acid=" to "http://xml.weather.yahoo.com/forecastrss?p=".
Did not clean code or remove all of the unused sections.
Code has only been checked in the US.
Based on Version 0.20.

The only update to mythweb's mythweather will be from the re-write module now, no use in dealing with this.
