Description

The patch integrates an update of the french translation for MythWeb, as well as some PHP file fixes to be able to display french specific characters (é, è...).

Please provide patches against svn trunk, not .20.x. Reopen ticket when patch is updated (and use .diff or .patch suffix so trac can recognize the file type).
