DVD playback fails with free DVDs

Description

I've found a DVD that refuses to play, it was given away with the newspaper recently. After selecting "Play DVD"the screen goes black and 1 second later it exists back to the menu. Playback log attached.

The disks play back fine in kaffeine, the only thing which is noticably different about the DVD is that it starts with a still frame menu, all other DVDs I've ever tried have some sort of intro video before any menu. The DVD was a special pressing, so won't be available in the same format for rental.

(In [15749]) Refs #4173. internal dvd player. replay dvd cell after re-initializing video stream after a stream change. tested with chopped dvd provided by otto.

(In [15774]) Refs #4173. remove [15749]. its causing dvd menu buttons to not be highlighted on some dvds. working on a better fix.

(In [16035]) Closes #4173. internal dvd player. reworked dvd still frame management code a little. the last still frame decoded is stored and reused if the still frame gets cleared while in the dvd still cell. thx to otto kolsi for providing a stripped dvd for testing.
