Description

Attached patch adds utf8 decoding to scheduler print where program list containing titles and subtitles is printed.

This patch is not okay after all. It fixes UTF-8 issues for some, but brakes it for others (depends on terminal, environment etc.). Ticket should be closed as invalid.
