Hi guys,

Version 17639 frontend seg faults on me.

I've done a make clean && make distclean and compiled again from fresh and it still does it. I've tried a different Theme, still does it. (I tried this because it happens just after the pre-scaling finishes)

The backend seems unaffected.

This is on an Ubuntu Hardy 64 bit box dual core system if that makes any difference.

Attached is a back trace, I think. I've read the Ticket HowTo and I'm pretty sure this is correct.

Update: Just tested with 17642. Where mythtv-setup was crashing in the channel scanner (dvb-s) it now doesn't - however the frontend seg fault still exists.

Status: new → infoneeded_new

delete all your plugins in the plugins folder and try again. if it doesn't crash, re-compile your plugins.

Deleting the plugins has stopped the crashed.

I'll re-compile the plugins.
