"Display on screen" not honoured always

Description
I've a dual head setup, mythfrontend is configured to use screen 1 aka the 2nd head. The frontend starts up correctly on screen 1, but at the start of playback it moves to screen 0, and then the frontend remains there until exited.

Looks like this was fixed by the recent commit to fix a number of positioning problems.
