Description
Two issues here:
- After recording, and before transcoding, the closed captions icon does not appear in the "view recordings" screen, even if captions were recorded.
- After transcoding, captions are removed. This may be related to the first issue.

Feature request without patch. #2 is the problem, closed captions are not supported by the transcoder.
