When changing channels in live tv the start channel is set even if tuning to that channel fails

Description

When changing channels in live tv the start channel is set even if tuning to that channel fails. This causes live tv to exit and fail to start again as the starting channel cannot be tuned to.

Eg. Currently watching channel A, try to change to channel B but for whatever reason chanel B can't be tuned to. Live TV exits, you select Live TV from the menu which causes live tv to start at channel B, fails to tune again, exits, you select live tv, your in a bad time loop.

This patch sets the starting channel to the previous channel if tuning fails.
