No mythweb thumbnails generated after commit 23559

Hi,

I already reported this in the Users List, but there was no response. I didn't know the exact commit that was causing this at the time, so after further trials, I pinpointed it to the specific commit.

Reverting to commits prior to this, regenerates all the thumbnails previously missing, too.

The <recording>.mpg.64.png and <recording>.mpg.64.100x75.png thumbnails are no longer generated for new recordings in the recordings folder. The <recording>.mpg.png is created, though, so I can see it in mythfrontend.

Updating to latest trunk stops again the creation of the .64 and .64.100x75 png files.
