Description

Since it takes quite a while on my machine to start the frontend from mythwelcome, I decided to add a Loading progress dialog to mythwelcome. I'm not sure if everybody likes it but just in case, attached the patches.

stuartm has plans to remove MythWelcome and add the functionality into the frontend so this patch is not likely to be applied.
