Hi,
This is a full English US "translation" for MythTV.
Most of the strings are exactly as the original strings with the following notable exceptions:
- handling of plurals.
- "Translation" of some non-English US words (programme, favourite) to US English (program, favorite). There might be others but as English is not my mother tongue I might have missed them.
- Correction of a few typos (this should eventually be fixed in the source code).
This also correct typos and missing entries in mythbrowser/i18n/i18n.pro and mythweather/i18n/i18n.pro .

(In [24365]) Fix #8414. Add MythPlugin translations for en_us provided by Nicholas Riendeau. My sincere thanks to Nicholas for seeing that something was needed and getting it done even when it didn't benefit him-- that's exactly the kind of community spirit that can make a project really work.

(In [24364]) Refs #8414. Commit Mythfrontend portion of en_us translation from Nicholas Riendeau. What's that you say? That doesn't sound like a common American name? Well you'd be right. His native language is French. If you're reading this commit language in your native language, you should be ashamed of yourself. Nice job.
