Q: Should I add the qm files or are they updated regular? Because the Dutch using the translation might be triggered when seeing errors or even contribute.

Foppe, please read the ticket how-to or the wiki translation page - you should not set the milestones.

The .qm files will be generated either when the translation is comitted to SVN or just before a pre- or final release (eg. before RC1 + before RC2 + before final).

foppe, as announced on the translators mailing list, the source strings in SVN are stable now. This added some new strings, which you most likely want to get translated as well :) Feel free to upload an updated version of your patch and I'll commit it to SVN.

I saw the wiki, but was stubborn, last patch was without milestone, but it was added afterwards so I guessed it was ok afterall. I will not do it again.
