Description

I was testing for regressions caused by the #8757 patch and discovered the TOGGLEFAV binding wasn't working. When I looked at the code I noticed that it had been disabled by [20523]. The code is actually commented out, it looks like the plan was to do a current group lookup.

I don't know if you'll have time to fix before 0.24, but at the very least the keys.txt should be updated to remove the "?" stuff.
