Description

Pressing S or selecting the Program Guide in the menu does not bring up an EPG. It does not matter if we're in LiveTV or watching a pre-recorded program.

This is definitely not the same problem as has been reported elsewhere for a number of months.

(In [26402]) Fixes #8949. Reverses part of the event changes in [26354] + sends EPG event to the right receiver (there was pre-existing hack that sent the event elsewhere to make sure it landed in the right thread, but this hack is no longer necessary after the MythUI OSD work mark has done.)
