Next/previous links and helpful title in channel listing

I use MythWeb a lot, and tend to have many browser tabs open, one for each channel. It can be hard to identify the correct tab when they are all entitled "Channel Info", so I wrote this patch to add channel and date to the title. This makes Mozilla's "Tabs" menu much more useful.

Also, stepping through a week's worth of TV on a channel is tedious, as to go to the next day, you need to scroll back to the beginning and locate the day-arrows. Adding REL=NEXT and REL=PREV attributes to them allows browsers (such as Firefox with LinkWidgets installed) to provide next/previous buttons in their own UI, making for much more comfortable browsing.

Given Mythweb is EOL, I'm closing new features. This should be done via the backend webserver now.
