Wrong cardid default after deleting a capture card

Problem

When you have two capture cards and remove the first (with mythtv-setup) and then try to watch tv you end up with a blank screen until you switch capture card (with "Y").

Solution

1) Update cardid in database tables when editing capture cards in mythtv-setup.

2) Add a check that makes sure the card is still in table when trying to watch tv (choosing the next available card if it is missing).
