Description
Full translation of the mythvideo and mythweather plugins as well as a huge chunk of mythfrontend.

Full translation of mythmusic added to ticket. Like all the other translations in this ticket, this translation have been made by Nikolaj Koch and myself.

I realized how annoying it would be for a developer to manually apply all these patches, so I merged them into one patch. Please ignore all other patches than the "ALL_IN_ONE" patch :)

Merged version of all patches - v5 fixes XML parsing error in mythmovies_da.ts, enables danish translation of mythnetvision, removes some old translations in setup.xml and updates almost all strings used in mythtv-setup after extensive QA testing. This will be the last patch before the final translation patch for the v0.23 release. The final patch will be uploaded on the 20th of February at latest.

Merged version of all patches - New in v6: Cleanup of old XML-file translations, complete translation of EVERYTHING incl. extensive QA testing. mythzoneminder not translated. Except from missing sync of themestrings, this is the final patch for the 0.23 release.

Thank you, I've uploaded a final 0.23 patch, patch v7. This patch is against r23668 including all the latest changes in themestrings.
For easier review, I've splitted the patch into two parts.
Credit goes to the new danish translation team at www.mythtv.dk :)

Thanks Robert, I've uploaded an updated patch for MythWeb. It seems like you forgot to do "svn add" when you did r23687, the two new files: mythplugins/mythnetvision/i18n/mythnetvision_da.ts and mythplugins/mythmovies/i18n/mythmovies_da.ts were part of patch v7 but not in r23687. I've included these files again in the new "MythWeb_and_misc.diff" patch.
While we are adding new translation files, I took the liberty of also enabling danish translation of MythZoneMinder in the new patch. Please remember to add this file as well :) Thanks...
